Pregnancy is one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences in a woman's life. It is also a time filled with excitement, questions, anticipation, and sometimes uncertainty. Choosing the right obstetrician is one of the most important decisions you'll make—not only for your own health, but for the health of your growing baby.

I believe pregnancy care should be personal.

As a solo practitioner, I care for my patients throughout their entire pregnancy, and I am the physician who delivers their babies. That continuity allows us to develop a genuine relationship built on trust, communication, and understanding. Each prenatal visit builds upon the last, ensuring I know your medical history, your concerns, and your goals for delivery.

Every pregnancy is unique. Some women experience uncomplicated pregnancies, while others require additional monitoring for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, previous cesarean delivery, multiple gestation, or other medical concerns. Whether your pregnancy is considered low-risk or high-risk, my commitment remains the same: providing evidence-based care tailored specifically to you.

I also believe that expectant mothers should play an active role in planning their birth experience. Together, we discuss your preferences, answer your questions, and develop a birth plan that reflects your wishes while always prioritizing the safety of both mother and baby. Partners are encouraged to participate throughout pregnancy because welcoming a child is truly a family experience.

One area of obstetrics that often generates questions is VBAC, or vaginal birth after cesarean. For many women, VBAC is a safe and appropriate option. Careful evaluation and individualized counseling allow us to determine the safest approach for each pregnancy while respecting your delivery goals whenever possible.

Throughout my career, I have delivered more than 2,000 babies, and I continue to value every birth as a privilege. My consistently low cesarean section rate reflects a thoughtful approach that supports vaginal delivery whenever medically appropriate while recognizing that every labor unfolds differently.

Pregnancy care extends well beyond delivery. The weeks following childbirth are equally important as your body recovers and your family adjusts to life with a newborn. Postpartum care provides an opportunity to monitor healing, address breastfeeding concerns, evaluate emotional well-being, and support your transition into motherhood.

My goal is for every patient to feel heard, supported, and confident throughout her pregnancy journey. From preconception counseling to postpartum recovery, I strive to provide compassionate medical care combined with open communication and individualized attention.

If you're planning a pregnancy or are already expecting, I'd be honored to care for you during this remarkable chapter of your life.
